Die deutsche Popliteratur der letzten Jahrzehnte ist nicht denkbar ohne die Rezeption der US-Popkultur; diese "amerikanische" Verbindung ist bisher kaum untersucht worden. This book suggests that the answer lies in the complex, dynamic, and enigmatic roles offered by adopting paradise as a literary motif.
