Hofstetter, Rita

Rita Hofstetter is professor in the Educational sciences Section of the University of Geneva. She works on the history of education and specializes in the study of the 19th and 20th century. Her research centres on the nationalization of schools, New Education, reforms of teacher education and the emergence of Educational sciences as a disciplinary field.
