Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Frage nach der Entlastung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts in Bezug auf das Verfahren der Richtervorlage nach Art. 100 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Grundgesetz. Dabei widmet sich die Untersuchung zunachst dem verfassungsrechtlichen Sinn und Zweck der Zustandigkeit des Bundesverfassungsgerichts fur die Kontrolle parlamentarischer Gesetze.
