This book addresses an analysis of the causes and impacts of additional services and term extensions in civil works, specifically those executed by the District Municipality of La Coipa in the province of San Ignacio, Cajamarca region, Peru. Twenty-two civil works were evaluated and 11 additional extensions and 18 term extensions were found. The investigation showed that 86% of the deadline requests are due to unforeseen circumstances and that additional services and deadline extensions represent an economic impact of 50% for the local government.

The present research sought to determine the relationship between Institutional Climate and Teaching Performance in the national educational institutions of the district La Esperanza, of the UGEL N° 02 - 2016. The sample consisted of 191 teachers from 13 secondary level educational institutions. The 1999 Martin Bris Institutional Climate instrument and the Teaching Performance questionnaire proposed by the Ministry of Education were used; and validated by the researcher through judges' criteria.
