Diese Arbeit besteht aus einer Bestandsaufnahme der französischen Agrar- und Ernährungssektoren und insbesondere der Region Bretagne und des Geflügelsektors. In einer globalisierten Wirtschaft, in der der Wettbewerb immer härter wird, ist die Rolle, die die Logistikorganisationen spielen, ein entscheidender Faktor für die Gebiete und ihr Funktionieren. Umgekehrt kann die Besetzung bestimmter Gebiete den Akteuren einen nicht-preislichen Wettbewerbsvorteil im Sinne einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung verschaffen.

This work consists of an inventory of French agri-food industries and more particularly the cases of the Brittany region and the poultry sector. In a globalized economy where competition is increasingly fierce, the role played by logistics organizations is decisive on the territories and their functioning. Conversely, the occupation of certain spaces can allow the creation of a competitive advantage outside of price in a sustainable development approach of the actors.
