The main purpose of the study was to examine the impact of organizational climate on the performance of university teachers in Pakistan. The type of the study was survey-descriptive. There are 56 public universities in Pakistan; where as in 20 universities department of education is functioning. 10 universities were randomly selected for sample, representing all the areas of the country. Two groups of sample such as 100 administrators including 10 vice chancellors, 10 registrar, 10 controllers of examination, 10 treasurers, 10 deans and 5 chairmen from ten faculties of sampled universities...

Education and teaching is one of the most important process in todays society. The fortunate of any country depends on the education of her country men. It is the duty of teachers to educate the people of the country. This need, environmental demand,and expectations from teachers are causing a type of professional stress in them mostly due to lack of required qualification. In this sense teaching is one of the stressful profession and need to be addressed. The main aim of the present study is to judge the professional stress among teachers due to their qualification difference.
