Offering up-to-date research on school discipline and bullying, this study emphasizes the management of school discipline through school policies and the responsibility of problems by all members of staff. It gives examples of curriculum initiatives that address pupils with discipline problems and provides ideas and strategies for coping with bullying, using group work techniques and other innovations.
