The present research was proposed to demonstrate the hypothesis, if there is a direct and significant relationship between motivation and job satisfaction in workers of the Regional Health Directorate Cajamarca, for which two instruments were applied ML-ORG Questionnaire for job motivation and Job Satisfaction Scale SL-ARG for job satisfaction, it was obtained as results that 56% have an average level of job motivation, however 42% have a low job motivation, as for our second variable 75% have a high job satisfaction. By means of Pearson's correlation coefficient, the hypothesis was proved, that is to say that there is a direct and significant relationship between motivation and job satisfaction in administrative workers of the Regional Health Directorate of Cajamarca.
