This third anthology from Kerry White includes a cheeky tribute to Clive James - 'stars are in your sights'; a 'eulogy' for a country pub; a tribute to those who faced 'Ruin undismayed'; those 'like sheep' in the ongoing US shootout; and those doing evil things in the name of a god. Kerry White lives on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. He has previously published two anthologies, 'the poet from hell' and 'Strength, labour and sorrow', as well as 'Three of a kind', covering aspects of military aviation history. In 2007 in 'semi-retirement' he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Southern Queensland and this year (2016) is studying for a Masters in Professional Practice (Creative Writing) at University of the Sunshine Coast. He served in the Vietnam War with 5 Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment as a 'reinforcement' in 1966-67. He subsequently worked as a journalist and in government and corporate communications. He has two sons, five grandchildren and partner Caroline - all inspiring.
