Volume 6 contains a rather extensive and very heterogeneous group of medieval texts: German pragmatic literature from the beginnings to the end of the 14th century, except for texts already included in volumes 1 3. For the first time, the texts in the different topic areas (medicine, law, texts of the artes liberales and artes mechanicae, etc.) are presented chronologically.

Annually published since 1930, the International bibliography of Historical Sciences (IBOHS) is an international bibliography of the most important historical monographs and periodical articles published throughout the world, which deal with history from the earliest to the most recent times.

The works are arranged systematically according to period, region or historical discipline, andwithin this classificationalphabetically. The bibliography contains a geographical index and indexes of persons and authors.

Friedrich Schleiermacher (1768 1834) had an extraordinary impact on the thinking of his time, and he reached his contemporaries in many ways through his sermons. The 5th volume of section III of the Complete Critical Edition includes sermons for 112 dates from the years 1816 1819. Among these sermons, 93 have never been previously published. This is thus the very first comprehensive documentation of Schleiermacher s work as a preacher in Berlin.

From his pulpit, Friedrich Daniel Ernst Schleiermacher (1768 1834) was able to inspire his contemporaries in a singular manner. The present volume includes editions of his sermons from 81 dates in 1828 and 1829. For 74 of the sermons, no text versions have been published previously. In addition, the volume includes an appendix with song sheets dating from 1816 1829 for dates on which no sermons have been preserved.

Die dritte Abteilung der Kritischen Gesamtausgabe bietet in vierzehn Banden samtliche erhaltenen Predigten Friedrich Schleiermachers (1768-1834). Der vorliegende Band 13 enthalt alle 59 Predigten des Jahres 1832, die durch Drucktexte oder Nachschriften dokumentierbar sind. Die Erlauterungen des Bandherausgebers erschliessen die zeitgeschichtlichen und zahlreichen biblischen Bezuge der Texte.
