Ce projet s'est déroulé dans une entreprise qui produit des granulés de biomasse torréfiés. L'objectif était d'appliquer une méthodologie « lean » afin d'améliorer les conditions de travail des employés de l'entreprise. Cette méthodologie était le 5S, auquel a été ajouté un nouveau S, relatif à la sécurité.
