Die drei Artikel dieses Sammelbandes untersuchen einige Fragen der vergleichenden Entwicklung und Interaktion zwischen dem Russischen Reich und dem iranischen Staat im späten 18. bis frühen 20. Besonderes Augenmerk wird auf militärische Fragen gelegt, da sowohl im Iran als auch in Russland die Streitkräfte an der Spitze der Modernisierung standen. Das Problem der Untersuchung der Geschichte der persischen Kosakenbrigade vom Beginn des zwanzigsten Jahrhunderts bis zur Gegenwart wird gesondert betrachtet.

The three articles in this collection examine some issues of comparative development and interaction between the Russian Empire and the Iranian state during the late 18th - early 20th centuries. Particular attention is paid to military issues, since both in Iran and Russia the armed forces were at the cutting edge of modernization. The problem of studying the history of the Persian Cossack Brigade from the beginning of the twentieth century to the present day is considered separately.

Les trois articles de ce recueil examinent certaines questions relatives au développement comparatif et à l'interaction entre l'Empire russe et l'État iranien à la fin du XVIIIe siècle et au début du XXe siècle. Une attention particulière est accordée aux questions militaires, puisque les forces armées iraniennes et russes étaient à la pointe de la modernisation.
