L'éducation environnementale dans le contexte scolaire vise à ouvrir des espaces pour la construction de connaissances et l'articulation des savoirs, permettant la formation d'individus qui participent à la construction d'une société durable, socialement juste et écologiquement équilibrée. En ce sens, l'éducation environnementale des individus nécessite l'implication d'un ensemble d'acteurs sociaux et de formes d'organisation qui envisagent des actions alternatives au modèle hégémonique de développement, en mettant l'accent sur la durabilité socio-environnementale.

Environmental education in schools aims to open up spaces for the construction of knowledge and the articulation of learning, enabling the formation of individuals who participate in the construction of a sustainable, socially just and ecologically balanced society. In this sense, educating individuals about the environment requires the involvement of a range of social actors and forms of organisation that consider alternatives to the hegemonic model of development, with an emphasis on socio-environmental sustainability.

Die Umwelterziehung im schulischen Kontext zielt darauf ab, Räume für den Aufbau von Wissen und die Verknüpfung von Kenntnissen zu schaffen und so die Bildung von Individuen zu ermöglichen, die sich am Aufbau einer nachhaltigen, sozial gerechten und ökologisch ausgewogenen Gesellschaft beteiligen. In diesem Sinne erfordert die Umwelterziehung der Menschen die Einbeziehung einer Reihe von sozialen Akteuren und Organisationsformen, die alternative Maßnahmen zum vorherrschenden Entwicklungsmodell in Betracht ziehen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf sozialer und ökologischer Nachhaltigkeit liegt.
