The combination of Telmisartan and Cilnidipine is play a vital role in the treatment of the patient suffering from Hypertention. Hence this present work provides a very simple and accurate method for simultaneous estimation of Telmisartan, Cilnidipine. In simultaneous equation method, wavelength selected for analysis were 299nm for Telmisartan and 242nm for Cilnidipine. The method linearity is observed in the concentration range and 5-45mig/ml for Telmisartan and for Cilnidipine is 4-24mig/ml, with good correlation coefficient 0.998 and 0.991 respectively.
