Present work reports isolation, characterization and antihepatotoxic evaluation of Lychnis coronaria, Marrubium vulgare and Berberis pachyacantha from Kashmir region against carbon tetrachloride induced toxicity using Silymarin as standard. Methanol extracts possessed significant antihepatotoxic potential as compared to petroleum ether and chloroform extracts.
