Niccolo di Bernardo dei Machiavelli (3 May 1469 - 21 June 1527) was an Italian Renaissance historian, politician, diplomat, philosopher, humanist, and writer. This is a reprint of his work as translated by W. K. Marriott and published in 1908. This most notably includes "The Prince" and "Description of the Methods Adopted by the Duke Valentino when Murdering Vitellozzo Vitelli, Oliberotto Da Fermo, The Signor Paolo, and the Duke Di Gravina Orsini."
