This is the story of a strong friendship between a boy and a crow-Liad, ten years old and Jay, a young crow; both of whom live in Ramat Aviv, a neighborhood in the outskirts of Tel Aviv, Israel. Their developing friendship is threatened by events happening in the world of the crows. The crows' aging and ruthless leader, Raven, feels that his future leadership is at risk. He decides to bolster his leadership by preaching hatred to humans and initiating an all-out war against them.
