This is the story of a strong friendship between a boy and a crow-Liad, ten years old and Jay, a young crow; both of whom live in Ramat Aviv, a neighborhood in the outskirts of Tel Aviv, Israel. Can Jay muster enough support to confront Raven's cunning methods and wide influence? Who will be the next leader of the crows in Israel?
