The study tried to focus on Analysis and Research of perceptions, behavioural intentions and satisfaction regarding the usage of internet banking which indicates prospectiveness of internet banking of 2000 customers across major cities of Gujarat.The study focused on how there can be increase in the number of e-customers for banks and in turn maximizing the profitability for the banks.
