The Metalithic Myth Motorvates Coyote tires of trying to educate people, he tires of fighting the unmasked monsters of modern mythology, and he tries to retire to a tropical paradise.

The forms presented here are an extension to the Metamorphoses, the Latin masterpiece by Publius Ovidius Naso, written in the year 8 A.D., that recounts a series of transformations of humans into animal, plant, and mineral forms. Ovid's stories range from remote mythic times to the founding of Rome. Poets have long recounted the stories of human beings being changed into other beings. These myths are repeated over and over in many cultures and many times. These myths show us how literally pigheaded humans can be and what just punishments or rewards are meted out; coincidentally, the myths may...

Death barely keeps up with the new technology. He tries to practice by phone; he keeps clipping other cars with a Hummer he acquired; Skyping on his WiPad leads to mixed results; he ignores his WrisPuter, when it doesn't fall off. Hospitals often keep him waiting for days, screwing up his schedule. Although the new technology is confusing, the needs of the dying always remain the same. Death learns to spend more time with the dying, and often explains why death and life are not really in opposition; in fact death is necessary for the limit of life and its renewal.
