1980. She finished MSc. in 2003, Ph.D. in 2008 at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, CZ. She works as a senior lecturer there. She got 2 scholarships in 2002 - Oxford and 2004 - Milano. Interests: evolutionary algorithms, symbolic regression, neural networks and softcomputing. She got 2 awards best diploma thesis in 2003 and best paper at ECMS 2007.
