If we do this, we will be thinking about law in a critical way, and this is what Critical Legal Theory is called.

Le terme de théorie critique du droit est apparu avec l'école de Francfort, en rupture avec les formes de rationalité qui unissent la science et la technologie dans de nouvelles formes de domination. Nous devons interroger le droit, discuter des normes de notre système juridique de manière réflexive, en tenant compte d'une certaine formation sociale, en admettant surtout d'autres formes de pratiques juridiques, différentes de celles qui existent déjà. Si nous faisons cela, nous penserons le droit de manière critique, et c'est ce que l'on appelle la Théorie Juridique Critique.
