Ever fascinated by the art of Sonnets, I set out to pursue this form of writing, in an attempt to revive the art and to challenge myself. Two forms I have delved into: Petrarchan and Shakespearean. After reading many of William Shakespeare's Sonnets, I found my work influenced by the quaint old fashioned manner of speaking.
