In the determination of trace metals with increased speed, accuracy and sensitivity, a remarkable advancement was approached in analytical techniques. These developments showed an indirect way for the expansion in developing new research methods in the analysis of trace metals from the environmental samples.In the present work, attempts were made to apply these procedures wherever possible for determination of metals using spectrophotometric techniques.
