Concierge Cassie Hall is sorting through her mail in the mail room at the luxurious Parkstone apartment building before her night-time shift begins. Suddenly she overhears the day-shift concierge Mason Day get into a heated argument with a resident at his desk in the lobby nearby, while Cassie continues to peruse her mail, but suspects something might be awry.
