This book is a summary of mix of many available books for FRCS CTS and EBCTS review. It is presented in the form of questions and answers with some menomics to remember the facts and the confusing points with some personal experience. It will help our colleagues in their training and preparation for their exams whether MD, FRCSCTS or Board. It contains revision of some CTS facts, figures, some clinical scenarios and some questions that came in previous exams. I tried to present in a way that may help you to recall in the exam.

I am presenting a review of some cases of left ventricular rupture in Mansoura university Hospitals;Egypt and King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre; Jeddah;Saudi Arabia. The most frequent accidental cause of household death in children under 6 years of age is the inhalation of a foreign body (FB). Delay in managements is blamed for death in cases of foreign body inhalations. The absence of a recognizable penetration syndrome complicates and delays not only the diagnosis but also the treatment of a FB.
