This book started as a biography of Ronald Pelham Knight, my father. 1916 - 2000. Born and lived his life in Cuckfield, Sussex. As the writing progressed it morphed into a 'dualography' when I entered the scene in 1944 while Ron Snr. was immersed in the battle for Europe.
