The paintings in this book emerged from my murky unconscious. The mixture of images-angelic, human, animal, architectural or botanical-is intuitive. They were not painted in any logical storytelling sequence. They contain some consistent references like the memorial arch at the Presbyterian Church in San Juan Capistrano dedicated to our deceased daughter, Erin.
