Among sugar crops, sugarcane is the leading one. Increasing sugar recovery from cane is an important objective of present research. In a field experiment, sugarcane planted at different row spacings was sprayed with different combinations of nutrients. From results, it is suggested to grow sugarcane at 120 cm apart rows and feed its foliage with a combination of macro and micro nutrients to take good quality cane.
