India has varied agro climatic conditions. Tomato can be cultivated all round the year under normal and offseason. Present scenario of production of tomato genotypes at hills is not so affluent. Therefore, an attempt has been made to plan a systematic research work in the form of this book. This book can give an idea to carry out a planned research and can be benefitted for the growers as well as researchers.

French bean is an important leguminous crop in the hills and can be easily grown in the off-season. Farmers are not able to reap maximum benefits from french bean cultivation due to the lack of knowledge about exact time of sowing, fertilizer doses and other requirements.
