This work is about the importance of assessing the size of breast cancer by physical examiation and ultrasound for exact staging and subsequent treatment of breast cancer .breast cancer is very common in women all over the world.physical examination and ultrasound are very good tools ,least expensive and noninvasive methods for assessing the size,help for proper treatment.this study showed that the ultrasound is a good tool,but operator dependant method.

Present study aimed at the detection of microbial contamination present in commercially available and freshly prepared orange juice samples collected from different localities of Lahore, Pakistan. The newly enhanced diatomaceous earth formulation and Metarhizium anisopliae was evaluated for its insecticidal efficacy against stored grain pests. For this validation 1 kg lot of all grains were treated with three dose rates 50, 100 and 150 ppm of DE. Samples were taken at the day of 1st storage and each 45 d until the end of a 180 day era of storage.
