This Book explores that how relationship marketing (RM) influences customer retention and up to what extant hotels in hospitality industry of Pakistan are implementing and practicing it. Very little research work has been done on Pakistani market, especially the hospitality industry of Pakistan is not studied by researchers and scholars broadly. Sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) is the worlds fourth largest oilseed crop. The lower yield can be attributed to several factors including damage caused by charcoal rot (Macrophomina phaseolina). Charcoal rot affected plants are characterized by a grey-to-black discoloration at the base of stem which extends upwards thus hollowing the interior portions.
