This work looks at international treaty law pertaining to the Internet and E-commerce. It offers an article-by-article analysis of the two key World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) treaties on the subject: the WIPO Copyright Treaty and the WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty, both negotiated primarily as a response to the Internet and related techonological developments.
