Sensing Peter Ramsey is spiritually squishy, she decides to mentor him as well. Then, of course, Lillie being Lillie, she entertains the idea of their having a shipboard romance. Further complicating the radio host's life aboard the Ocean Glamour are enough eccentric characters to fill a lifeboat. They include his former boss who is passionate about sea birds, a family from a country that prides itself on its quirkiness and, finally, an alleged Russian gangster and a crusty newspaper editor who enter a Tango contest that if posted on You Tube would go viral in seconds. Little did Peter Ramsey know that when the ship advertised an all-inclusive cruise, it was also throwing in mystery, mayhem and mischief at no additional cost.
