Present study is about the effect of prolonged sitting on diaphragm strength. This is a very significant research as it tells us that sedentary life style can affect respiratory functions and hence heart health. Today most of the jobs are such in which prolonged sitting is there, even in student life also there is 8 hours of sitting. But, if life style is active that is, if individual do exercises, they can improve respiratory and cardiac health.

In the present work, an attempt was made to formulate buccoadhesive gel for the treatment of oral submucousal fibrosis.
