Auflage 1991 herausgebrachte Lehrbuch "Semiconductor Physics" (Band 40 der Solid State Science-Serie) liegt hiermit auch in deutscher Sprache vor. Die Ubersetzung habe ich selbst besorgt. AniaB dazu war die Herausgabe einer japanischen Ubersetzung der 4. Auflage durch Yoshioka Shoten in Kyoto/Japan, wobei das Buch auf zwei Bande aufgeteilt wurde.
