THE GARDENING CLUB by John Boman We all like to have a good moan when we get together with friends, putting the world to rights. So it is with the five retired men, the 'gardening club', who share a shed on the town's allotments. One January day they decide to stop grumbling and instead take action against the local vandals and other 'pests'.
