After the death of Hermann Langerbeck, the Patristic Commission of the Academies of Science entrusted Heinrich Dorrie and the "Forschungsstelle Gregor von Nyssa" set up by him at the University of Munster, West Germany, with the edition of the second part of the sermons of Gregory of Nyssa.
