Studies on the comparative pharmacokinetics of Ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin were conducted following a single intravenous, intramuscular and subcutaneous administration at the dose rate of 5mg/kg body weight in two groups of cow calves. Concentration of Ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin were determined by the spectofluorometric assay method. The standard curve was linear in the Ofloxacin concentration range of 0.31 to 10 mcg/ml.
