In this book were collected traditional recipes of the Camonica Valley, by scanning of a manuscript of more than fifty years ago. The scans of this recipe they were made without changing the original, preserving the temporal order in which the recipes were written, from the oldest to the newest without dividing them by category (first, second, sweets, liqueurs).
