Twelve teenagers break into a military facility and steal a device that opens a gateway to another dimension. The CIA gets involved and begins the systematic search to narrow their list of suspects. Obvious suspects are eliminated, after means to force their admission of guilt. The teenagers make an error that makes them the prime suspects. The CIA operatives begin rounding them up, one by one, until only three have eluded them. It becomes a case of kill or be killed and attempt to rescue their friends from the Inner Dimension.
