In this work the new multivariate discrete probability model of distribution of processes distortion of radiation from remote sensing data is proposed and studied.Research was performed on a full cycle adopted in mathematical statistics. For this model a new class of unbiased estimators, which have good asymptotic properties, obtained. Found that the maximum likelihood estimator for this model is not always possible to find.
