Assoc. Professor Luke Eme holds B.Sc, PGDE, PGD, M. Eng & Ph. D( Civil Engineering-Water with distinctions) from ESUT, UDFU, NAU, and Anambra State University. He is a member of many professional bodies such as: NIOB, CORBON, NSE, COREN, IDRI, IWA(London), AASRC(USA).He is currently the Head of Civil Engineering Department,Chukw Odum Oju University.
