The focus of this book is to evaluate the channel estimation and equalization for OFDM based LTE downlink according to 3GPP specifications. This book presents a link level system model that is used in simulation of LTE downlink physical layer which is valid for bandwidth 5, 10, 15 and 20MHz. Furthermore, the ITU standard channel models for UMTS and LTE including SISO and MIMO channel models are described.
