Das Hauptziel dieser Studie ist die Herstellung fester und einheitlicher Granulate auf der Grundlage eines eisenverbrückten Organo-Anorgano-Montmorillonit-Komplexes und Gluten (G) als inertem Bindemittel (COIMG-Fe). Diese Granulate wurden durch Granulation hergestellt. Die optimalen Bedingungen für die Granulierung hängen im Wesentlichen mit der Konzentration des Glutens in der Mischung sowie mit einer Kompression zwischen zwei identischen Rädern zusammen, die bei einer Rotationsgeschwindigkeit von 2,5 U/min für 24 Sekunden eingestellt werden können.
