The book - THE LORD SPEAKS - ARE YOU LISTENING? tells how to listen to the LORD. It was printed several years ago, but after all books were given away, and I got a letter from a prisoner, who had just read the book, telling me it changed his life, he now wants to live for the LORD. I believed it was time to have it published, too. It is taken from a journal extending over one year. Highlighting the WORDS of the LORD, and the experiencing of changing lives. It has Blest many people and I pray it will continue to serve the LORD well. HE is the author, I am just the writer.

This book is the second book for me and I am branching out a bit to include some new dishes. I still love to cook and am always learning new cooking techniques and new strategies to make my recipes extra special and extra delicious. Case-In-Point....I was always afraid to work with seafood because I am allergic to shell fish. However, I found my way and discovered some great seafood dishes that don t scare me any longer. This book also includes some new bar-be-que favorites, lamb recipes and some additional good old Southern dishes that we all know and love. Special times with my Quality...

This book originally started as just a list of recipes from my grandmother (Mema). After she passed away, all the family was asking for Mema's recipes for this and that. Suddenly, the project morphed into this compilation of more than just our favorite recipes from her kitchen. I expanded the book to include the wonderful recipes we grew up with and some new ones I have learned along the way as I now have my own family. These recipes are our favorite Southern style recipes and include some of everyone's "old favorites of the south." From appetizers to deserts, these are fun and easy recipes...
