The present study assessed the efficacy of black seed (BS) in treatment of the induced pathological alterations in heart of white albino mice following the injection with the anticancer drug DOX. Data showed the immunomodulatory effect of BS resulted in improvement in lung and heart tissues incurred lesions, and decreased the cytokeratin expression in lung tissues.
