Bisher wurden die besten Kesteritsolarzellen in mehrstundigen Temperprozessen aus sulfidischen und metallischen Schichtstapeln hergestellt. Die Verbesserung und Beschleunigung des Herstellungsprozesses erfordert das Verstandnis der Kesterit- Bildungskinetik und die Erforschung alternativer Prozessierungsmethoden.
