In this book recently available techniques for low voltage design are explored and their use in the design of Current Mirrors and Opamps are discussed in details. Extensive Spice and Chip level simulations are performed to justify the use of proposed circuits. Design of the circuits is done using latest BSIM 130nm Spice Model library with a supply voltage of 1V. The tool used for this purpose is Cadence Virtuoso Spectre.
