In order to know the perceptions on the role played by the women in management of livestock in district Quetta a study was conducted by interviewing 100 women from 10 selected villages, 10 women from each village of the study area covering all age groups. The study was carried out to investigate the row spacing effects on the growth and yield of sunflower cultivars at Oil Seeds Section, Agriculture Research Institute, Quetta during Kharif season 2010. The responses of three sunflower cultivars to row spacing was analysed in terms of different growth and yield components.
